Our
Disability Equality Scheme sets out what we are doing to make sure that disabled tenants and staff are treated equally and receive the same level of service as non-disabled tenants and staff. Vicinity and its subsidiary organisations have prepared action plans to make sure we meet our commitments in the Scheme. We will publish a progress report on the Scheme each December.
Our
Gender Equality action plan has actions to promote equal opportunities between men and women, and prevent unlawful discrimination and harassment. We will publish progress reports on the action plan annually.
